Jessica Violetta, American b. 1986
Jessica Violetta is an American visual artist and surface designer based in the New York City metro area.
Growing up in New Jersey, Jessica was influenced by her family’s Italian American culture and its synonymous overlap with Roman Catholicism. She also found comfort and imagination in the forest-like
the setting of home, to which she could always return to between big city adventures.
Jessica received a BFA in Illustration in 2017 from California College of the Arts in San Francisco, where she began to use her creativity to explore the impact gender has had on her perspective.
Through painting and digital design, her work serves as a worship for the natural beauty of mortal existence.
Violetta’s artwork has been featured in Beautiful Bizarre, Artwork Archive, Modern Eden Gallery, Pottery
Barn, Shein, Popsockets, Ojas & Woo, and more.
She currently works from her home studio in coastal New Jersey is just a boat ride from Manhattan.
Jessica's work will be hanging from January to April.
